Refund Policy

All fees paid to DopeSEO are non-refundable. No exceptions.
This is not a surprise buried in fine print. It is our standard policy and it is disclosed upfront in every proposal, service agreement, and invoice before any payment is made.

1. All Sales Are Final
DopeSEO provides professional digital marketing, SEO, web development, content, and consulting services. All fees paid for these services are non-refundable once payment is received. This applies without exception to:
- Initial deposits and project retainers
- Monthly SEO, ORM, or marketing retainer fees
- Website design and development fees at any stage of project completion
- Content creation, strategy development, and consulting fees
- Reputation management and online authority fees
- Site maintenance and security plan fees
- Any other service fees paid to DopeSEO
Fees are considered earned by DopeSEO upon receipt of payment. The commencement of work, strategy development, resource allocation, and opportunity cost incurred by DopeSEO upon entering into an engagement are considered immediate value delivered to the Client.
2. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Digital marketing and SEO services involve significant upfront investment of time, expertise, research, and strategy — much of which is delivered before any visible results appear. When DopeSEO begins work on a project, we:
- Allocate team time and block capacity that cannot be recovered
- Conduct research, audits, and analysis specific to the Client’s business
- Develop strategies, content plans, and technical work products
- Turn away other potential clients to honor our exclusivity commitments
Refunding fees after work has begun would mean absorbing costs for work already delivered. Our no-refund policy ensures we can make the full commitment every client deserves from the start.
3. Early Termination
If a Client terminates an engagement before completion, all fees paid to date are retained by DopeSEO. No partial refunds are issued for work in progress or work not yet commenced within a paid period.
For monthly retainer engagements, termination with the required notice period (30 days written notice as specified in the applicable Agreement) stops future billing. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded.
For project-based engagements (website builds, one-time deliverables), termination at any stage results in forfeiture of all fees paid. DopeSEO will deliver work completed to that point at its discretion.
4. Results Are Not Guaranteed
DopeSEO does not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results, rankings, traffic, leads, or any other performance metric. Digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous variables outside DopeSEO’s control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, competitor activity, and Client-side factors. Absence of specific results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Disputed Charges & Chargebacks
| Chargebacks initiated without prior good-faith resolution are a breach of contract.
If you have a concern about a charge from DopeSEO, contact us at hello@dopeseo.com FIRST. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting DopeSEO and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service and the applicable service agreement, and may result in collection action. |
Billing disputes must be raised in writing within 10 days of the invoice date. DopeSEO will not consider disputes raised after this window.
6. Exceptions
DopeSEO does not make exceptions to this policy. We do not issue partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, credits, or adjustments based on:
- Dissatisfaction with results or pace of results
- Changes in Client’s business circumstances or budget
- Client’s decision to pursue services with another provider
- Search engine algorithm updates that affect rankings
- Client’s failure to provide required materials, access, or approvals
- Any other reason not constituting a material breach by DopeSEO
The only circumstance under which DopeSEO may consider a credit or adjustment is a documented failure by DopeSEO to deliver contracted deliverables, as defined in the signed service Agreement. Any such adjustment is at DopeSEO’s sole discretion.
