SMS Terms & Conditions

DopeSEO (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates SMS messaging programs in connection with our services, including client communication, project updates, appointment reminders, and marketing messages. By opting in to receive SMS messages from DopeSEO, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

 

The short version:

 

·  You must opt in to receive SMS messages from DopeSEO. We do not send unsolicited texts.

·  You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

·  Message and data rates may apply.

·  We do not share or sell your phone number. Ever.

·  SMS opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

 

 

 

1. Program Description

 

DopeSEO may send SMS messages to phone numbers that have been voluntarily provided and opted in through one of the following:

 

  • Submitting a contact or discovery form on dopeseo.com where SMS consent is indicated
  • Verbally or in writing providing your phone number and agreeing to receive SMS communications during a sales or onboarding conversation
  • Signing a service agreement that includes SMS communication as part of the engagement

 

Message types may include: project status updates, invoice notifications, appointment or call reminders, deal alerts or promotional offers from DopeSEO, and service-related announcements.

 

 

 

2. Opt-In Consent

 

By providing your mobile phone number and indicating consent to receive SMS messages, you expressly consent to receive text messages from DopeSEO at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may still engage DopeSEO’s services without opting in to SMS communications.

 

 

 

3. Opt-Out Instructions

 

How to stop receiving SMS messages from DopeSEO:

 

Reply STOP to any SMS message from DopeSEO at any time.

You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

No further messages will be sent to that number.

 

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START or contact us at hello@dopeseo.com.

 

You may also opt out by contacting us directly at hello@dopeseo.com or by calling us and requesting removal from our SMS list. Please allow up to 72 hours for opt-outs submitted via email or phone to take effect.

 

 

 

4. Message Frequency

 

Message frequency varies depending on your engagement with DopeSEO. Transactional messages (project updates, invoices, reminders) are sent as events occur. Promotional messages are sent infrequently and only to opted-in contacts. We do not send daily or high-frequency promotional blasts.

 

 

 

5. Message & Data Rates

 

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. DopeSEO does not charge any additional fee for SMS communications. Contact your mobile carrier for information about applicable rates.

 

 

 

6. Privacy & Data Sharing

 

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status are treated as private and confidential. DopeSEO does not sell, rent, trade, share, or otherwise disclose your phone number or SMS opt-in data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. SMS consent data and the phone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be shared with any third party under any circumstance.

 

Your phone number may be shared with technology service providers who assist in delivering SMS messages (e.g., SMS platform providers) solely for the purpose of sending messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

 

 

 

7. Supported Carriers

 

DopeSEO’s SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed and may vary. DopeSEO is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier-side issues.
